Our Leadership
Ross Kirchman is the Managing Partner of ECP Partners, a Florida based commercial real estate development firm specializing in daily needs retail and retail healthcare development. In his role as Managing Partner, Ross oversees the company’s investment strategy and activity, development execution, as well as key client, lender, and equity relationships. A life long Floridian, Ross is passionate about making the communities of Florida better one project and relationship at a time. He lives in Palm Beach Gardens, FL with his wife Kacy, and their 3 daughters… Adela, Daisy, and Gracen. They are active members of Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens and have a passion for supporting Kingdom minded ministries including First Care Women’s Services, Street Soldiers Ministries, First Priority, Hearts for Moms, and Global Media Outreach.
