Ross Kirchman 

Managing Partner, ECP Partners

Ross Kirchman is the Managing Partner of ECP Partners, a Florida based commercial real estate development firm specializing in daily needs retail and retail healthcare development. A life long Floridian, Ross is passionate about making the communities of Florida better one project and relationship at a time. His vision is to build a best in class development company that uses its influence and resources to positively impact the local communities it develops in and links arms with others in commercial real estate to do the same. In his role as Managing Partner, Ross oversees the company’s investment strategy and activity, development execution, as well as key client, lender, and equity relationships. Prior to founding ECP, Ross was a Regional Partner at Brightwork Real Estate, responsible for sourcing and overseeing Brightwork’s development pipeline in South Florida with clients including Wawa, Aldi, Chase Bank, Chipotle, Burger King, PDQ, and Tenet Healthcare. Prior to joining Brightwork, Ross served as Senior Leasing Agent at Regency Centers, where he was responsible for the leasing of over 40 grocery anchored retail centers positioned in major metropolitan markets throughout Florida. During Ross’ tenure at Regency, he was directly responsible for the negotiation of over 350 leases in excess of 100 million of aggregate base rent. Prior to his tenure at Regency, Ross was a Development Manager for a regional land developer in Central Florida, involved in all aspects of residential development activity. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Ross lives in Palm Beach Gardens, FL with his wife Kacy, and their 3 daughters… Adela, Daisy, and Gracen. They are active members of Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens and have a passion for supporting Kingdom minded ministries including First Care Women’s Services, Street Soldiers Ministries, First Priority, Hearts for Moms, and Global Media Outreach.

Mike Lucido

Partner- Director of Development, ECP Partners

Mike Lucido is the Director of Development of ECP Partners, a Florida based commercial real estate development firm specializing in daily needs retail, grocery anchored shopping center, and retail healthcare development.  Mike is involved with overseeing the development strategies and execution of projects within the company including property acquisition and leasing, managing entitlements, design and permitting, and overseeing completion of all construction projects for our clients.  He also manages key client relationships and outside partnerships to best serve the needs of all clients with the company.  Prior to joining ECP Mike was the Director of Real Estate for Aldi, Inc. in South Florida where he managed the development pipeline and strategic execution of opening stores within an expansive growth plan for the Aldi South Florida Division.  Before moving to South Florida Mike was also responsible for the rollout of the new store expansion plan for the Aldi Houston, Texas market.  In Mike’s career he has acquired, developed, built, and opened over 32 new Aldi stores between Houston and South Florida, completed a comprehensive remodel program for over 50 Aldi stores, and oversaw a major curbside expansion rollout for the company during the 2020 Pandemic.  A thirteen-year veteran with Aldi, Mike began his career as a District Manager in the Kansas City market where he managed 6 Aldi stores.  Mike is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  Mike now lives in Jupiter, FL with his wife Nancy and their three children – Ryan, Luke, and Kate.  Outside of work Mike likes to spend time with his family at the beach or park, golfing with his friends, and is active in his church and community.
